 The Oddeka Zeus Carbone is approved by the FFPJP (French Petanque Federation). Each boule comes with a black protective varnish. If you prefer a natural finish, soak each boule in Coca-Cola for 10 minutes to remove the coating and reveal the raw carbon steel underneath.

Maintenance Tips for Your Competition Boules

Like all carbon steel boules, the Oddeka Zeus Carbone can oxidize. To prevent rust:

• Wipe down each boule with a soft cloth after each game.

• If you wash them, make sure they are completely dry before storing them.

• Applying a thin layer of oil or grease is also recommended to preserve their condition and shine.
