The Obut ATX are premium pétanque balls, suitable for all players, young and old. They are primarily designed for experienced competitors. However, they remain accessible to those on a budget thanks to the payment options available on Pétanque Web.
The Obut ATX balls are the result of 100% French craftsmanship. They allow each player, whether a shooter or pointer, to reach their full potential and personalize their game.
The stainless steel used in the manufacture of these balls is free from fragile zones, providing a ball that is both solid and resistant to impacts from shooting.
Additionally, the elastic limit of this material is at 0.2%, which explains the very low rebound of the Obut ATX ball. This feature also reduces the marking of impacts on the ball's surface.
Available with or without grooves, the stainless steel ball is customizable. It is also eligible for installment payments (2x via credit card or 4x via PayPal).
The ATX balls are FFPJP-approved and thus eligible for use in official competitions. Their technical specifications and on-field effectiveness have made them popular among top players.
When purchasing, the half-soft balls come with a jack ball and an Obut chamois cloth as a complimentary accessory.
Additionally, shipping is free throughout France. The processing time is 24 hours if the products are in stock.
Stainless steel doesn’t rust. Therefore, the Obut ATX balls don’t require any special maintenance. However, as with the jack, make sure to wipe off any dust with a chamois after each use. Then, wash your triplet with soapy water, and it will be as good as new.
The Obut's tip : don't let your games balls in the trunk of your car, it is exposed to sudden temperature variations that lead to condensation.
These significant moisture conditions will, in the long run, be detrimental to your balls by promoting their oxidation.
So think about getting your balls from the trunk of your car to store them indoors, dry.
